This is my U-Wing Mod/MOC! It relies on many of the same parts as the most recent official set, however it deviates SIGNIFICANTLY to deliver on many of the functions and aesthetic details I wished to see in a play scale U-Wing! This model features smooth sleek wings that fold back to the correct position between the narrow gap in the engines, sliding doors that sit at the correct angle, seating for 4 troops and 2 pilots, and much more!!
