The Ninja Turtles meet the maker of the mutagen. Dr Kirby O'Neal is being beat up by the Foot Clan in the sewers. Raphael and Leonardo hear some screaming and move on to the sound to investigate. TMNT Fight the Foot Clan and rescue Dr. Kirby O'Neal. He tells TMNT Stop Motion the story of Krang and Shredder hunting for all the Scientist working on the Mutagen. They bring him to their Turtle Lair where Master Splinter explains his story with the Shredder. The Lego Turtles go out to investigate.
