About:
Having reclaimed Erebor and vast treasure from the dragon Smaug, Thorin Oakenshield sacrifices friendship and honor in seeking the Arkenstone, despite Smaug's fiery wrath and desperate attempts by the Hobbit Bilbo to make him see reason. Meanwhile, Sauron sends legions of Orcs in a sneak attack upon the Lonely Mountain. As the fate of Middle Earth hangs in the balance, the races of Men, Elves and Dwarves must decide whether to unite and prevail -- or all die.

BrelanyPictures - although I don't have much to thank Mr Brendan for, at the time he was very kind and helpful. He was the first person to know about my crazy idea and he is to thank for the opening scene with smaug. At the time in December I did not own the lonely mountain set. Only a month ago did I get that set. Indeed, I could've gone on without his help Becuase one day I would've gotten the set but, I'm still very glad that he helped me in the first place! It has been an honour working with him!
ETR Films - I have Ethan to thank for mainly pushing me to my limit by constant nagging and also positive input! I hope he one day gets the same feeling that I have right now when he finishes his movie.
Gabriel Clifft - I have Gabby to thank for the VFX shot in the dollar guide fight scene when Sauron explodes into flames. I very much appreciate his contribution!
LukeWarmStudios - Luke is probably the nicest, friendliest and kindest of all brickfilmers. I have him to thank for his help towards the project in both animating a whole scene and helping out with voices as well as editing. Thank you!
Hildebrand Grey, AxoNNNessj, LegoSoup, KLICKTRICKERS - I have a lot of people to thank for this project but I mainly thank these 4 Brickfilmers. I have known most of them for nearly 2 years. Hildebrand with her kindness, I first came to her when I needed smaug shots, although she was very busy she still accepted. AxoNNNessj and KLICKTRICKERS with their awesome feedback, and then LegoSoup with everything. I can't re-call when I first met him but I'm glad I'm did. His comments on my videos definitely motivated me to finish this movie. I have him to thank for that. Thank you Johannes.
Director's notes:
Nearly a whole year in the making...definitely my biggest project that I will ever conjure. Although only 30 minutes of film I learnt many things during filming. There were many different emotions rushing through my brain.
I think if I ever attempted to do something along these strings again I would most definitely think it over. As a warning if you'd ever want to make a film based off a movie, I would most definitely insist that you think this over. It takes far longer than you think.
Looking over this film and then the original on what it was based on, I do see a very wide range of mistakes and sins. I do think I have improved in this field but then again back in December 2014 I was a bit of a fruit-cake.
I really appreciate any feedback that I get back from this film. Thank you again!
