Hi there! This is another unboxing with a Lego Creator set 31009 called the Small Cottage. There are three models that can be built with the pieces. The whole set would normally cost thirty dollars, but cost only five dollars because the minifigure and skateboard were missing. I didn't mind since I have many minifigures now and the one that would have been included is pretty generic.
