I've created a vast array of custom LEGO Modular MOCs, but this by far ranks higher than any other one I've built before.
The bottom floor is a Grocery Store MOC, and the top floor is a workout gym. It's fully compatible with the modulars, so it fits perfectly in any city.
I incorporated a BUNCH of SNOT techniques in this MOC to make it as interesting and complex as possible.
