We used a camera to cure the blindness of the average mindstorms robot and create an interesting sumo fight in our arena! The video feed from the camera is analysed in real time and positions of both the robot and the enemy are fed to the robot over bluetooth. The voice over is in Dutch, but I'll try to make subtitles. It's done with fairly simple hardware and some open source software.
