The girls are using their talents to find clues to the Heart of the Sea, when they each get approached to star in a documentary about Heartlake City. A disguised Carter tells them it's a great opportunity to get publicity for their city and their favorite causes and to keep it a secret so they can surprise their friends later. But they can't contain their excitement and reveal the news to each other -- only to discover that they have each been duped by Carter. He wants information and the girls make sure he gets plenty of it with help from their fellow Heartlakians. They protect their town by steering Carter away from the treasure he seeks.
