The upcoming LEGO Lord of the Rings Minas Tirith set is shaping up to be one of the biggest LEGO sets ever made, and in this video I break down everything we currently know so far about this massive 2026 release.
LEGO Minas Tirith is reportedly launching on June 1st, 2026, with an enormous 8,278-piece count, making it the largest LEGO Lord of the Rings set ever and the 6th largest LEGO set of all time. The rumoured price sits between $600–$650, placing it firmly in premium display territory.
We also now know details about the minifigures, including King Aragorn in his King of Gondor armour, Gandalf the White, Pippin, Faramir, Denethor, and four Gondor soldiers, plus a confirmed Shadowfax animal mould. I also discuss why it’s been far too long since we last got a Gandalf the White minifigure, what LEGO could do with King Aragorn’s crown, and why the absence of the Witch-king of Angmar is surprising.
