Mitch took so many photos with his 5-year old daughter, Kenadee, and you could always see a sense of delight reflected in her eyes. She adored her father a great deal and loved nothing more than to be a part of what he did for a living. The last picture in this video really spoke to me. I think that the death of her father has yet to entirely sink in...and that's understandable since death isn't an easy concept to grasp at her age. Kenadee's eyes look as if her mind is still trying to process that she'll never see her daddy again. She might be unable to imagine what her life will be like without him there to hug her, kiss her, make her smile or laugh. Kenadee has such a long way to go and now she's forced to grow up without Mitch's unconditional love for her. You could tell that he would have walked the ends of the earth if it meant making her happy. If Mitch was alive to witness Kenadee having her first boyfriend, you know that boy would be obliterated if he did anything to harm Mitch's daughter. I just can't stop thinking about all the things Kenadee will go through without her father's guidance and endorsement. Kenadee has every reason to be proud of who her father was. Not just because he was the frontman of a successful metal band, but for being one of the most devoted fathers out there. She was blessed to have someone like Mitch raise her for the first 5 years of her life.
