5 vids I never managed to finish :( I loved all the idea, but for one reason or the other I believe they all will stay as they are. Thought I'd let you get a glimpse though.
Also, I've got a 100th upload special & it was supposed to be uploaded today, but YT deleted one of my vids, making them 98 instead of 99. So, this is the 99th :P And later today I'll upload the 100th! Yay!
It's not *actually* my 100th video. I don't know how many I've made, should be around 120; some of my uploads here are just previews & announcements, but YT (& I) deleted some actual vids due to copyright & suckiness, lol. So... well, let's just celebrate the 100th upload! :)
Now to the vids:
1. Uhm, I loved the idea & I had already the whole vid planned in my head, the song is perfect for Richard, but near the end the pacing just doesn't flow like the first few seconds.
2. I guess it's got the same problem. The coloring's nice & different from my usual style. I mixed my typical settings & made them better & brighter with tips from InvisibleFlaws (a tuts channel, check it out!), I love the song & it's perfect for the fandom, but I don't like the pacing & the rhythm I started following. I was hoping to get to the faster part, in order to make up for the slow & sucky edited bits, but I never managed.
3. Ugh. This just sucks. Idk why. The manips aren't all that bad, it's probably coloring & pacing... but gotta love the hotness of these two xD Oh, yeah typo: Hinder, not Hinde :P Sorry.
4. Simply too tiring. This was my first attempt at a vid for the Books Challenge of BOIT. It was meant to be an overview, mostly from Richard's POV, throughout the whole first book or at least till Tamarang. I realized the song was too fast & boring, so.. I gave up ;)
5. It hurts so much to upload this but *sigh* Consider it some sort of tribute to the 2/3 weeks lost working on this video. This was my final entry (out of 4 attempts) for the Books Challenge. I finished it, went to render it & what? SV didn't recognize ANY of the clips anymore :( I really liked how it turned out & this 13 seconds intro, full of glitches, it's all that's left of a 2 minutes video. I was supposed to be about how Richard is captured by Denna & their relationship throughout the People's Palace chapters of the book... How Richard is constantly thinking of Kahaln, despite the pain & how he manages to change Denna. I chose that part because it was so beautiful & emotional in the books & it's the only part, I believe, the show screwed really bad. I like most of the changes they've made, but I hate how they've treated Denna... so that's why I wanted to show what it was supposed to be like. I guess it was not to be :(
