Sir VG Presents...
Legend of Mana
Randomizer Testing
So this is a bit of a different video today. An idea came to my head after playing Final Fantasy Mystic Quest Randomizer...what if Legend of Mana had one?
This is a bit of a video where I gave myself all of the AFs and tested a bunch of different things, just to see how the game would react and/or break. I'm honestly surprised how well the game held up to all the things thrown at it that are absolutely abnormal.
This video is mostly for the people in the Legend of Mana speedrun community to show the rests of some of the testing I did for a theoretical randomizer video. I have no intention of coding one, mostly because I can't code PS1 hacks or whatever. But I mostly wanted to record stuff while testing various things.
This video is basically goes along with a Google Document I put together about the same thing.
There's a lot more ideas that during discussions that we came up with in what could be randomized, but I don't really have a way to test them here with what I have available. But this was just a fun little experiment.

Final Fantasy XIV
The Fell Court of Troia
Completed Solo as WAR in 22m 32s
I did try to do this at Lv 90 in EW, but the DPS check on the first boss (if you wish to call it that) was too high to complete. But at Lv 100 it isnt much of an issue. Rest of the dungeon was easy goings. Final Fantasy XIV - The Fell Court of Troia (Solo WAR) [0:22:32]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/SHVi7ugPbzw/mqdefault.jpg)

Castlevania: Lament of Innocence
Joachim any%
Completed in 40m 26s
Its finally been done! The long standing segmented record by @personaworld has been beaten in a single-segment run! While its only by 4 seconds, its still fantastic to finally have done it.
Theres definitely spots that can be improved, especially Dark Palace of Waterfalls (with the Leon clone fight). Walter also got a bit hairy, making the Death fight scary, since I had to do it damageless.
Theres a couple of risky strats you could do in Pagoda to save a few seconds, but I havent tried to pull them off myself though.
Next goal: Sub-40.
