This video shows all of Terra's levels (Lv1 - Lv8), demonstrating how Noa strikes an enemy with her in each level as well as a closeup of Terra during her victory pose. You'll notice that Noa gains an extra strike for every "Ra-Seru" command with Terra at Level 8, meaning if Ra-Seru is selected 9 times, Noa will get 18 hits on the enemy if all strikes connect. If you equip the War God Icon on Noa and fill the action gauge with Ra-Seru commands with Terra at Lv8, she can strike the enemy a total of 36 times, which is capable of outperforming Noa's Miracle Art damage, depending on the enemy.
