This video shows all of Meta's levels (Lv1 - Lv9), demonstrating how Vahn strikes an enemy with her in each level as well as a closeup of Meta during his victory pose. You'll notice that Vahn gains one extra strike with Meta at Level 6, where he swipes downward - this will activate if "Ra-Seru" is the final command to be input in the action gauge, giving you two hits for one Ra-Seru command (however the extra hit does less damage).
