The idea I had for this was to show maternal and paternal relationships in the show, so far. I wanted to give it a warm feeling, but I think the song is a bit too eerie for that. Anyhow, I hope this at least gave a good showcase of the different ways different people in Korra's life support her, love her, and so on C:

My first MEP part for Cafe Studio! The prompt of this MEP was to pair the character that represents you in the studio with another members characte, and make a crossover video out of it. I chose Hokuto cause I think she would be awesome with boosting Ducks confidence and itd be really cute C: Also because xMissCamelot2 is my bud.
I was a bit nervous about this MEP at first but it ended up being really fun to edit and I wound up finishing it before all the parts were even filled;;;
I also managed to sneak the studios intro clip into the video itself cause Im cool like that B)
As for the plot uhhhh
Duck meets Hokuto in the dance studio and Hokuto flirts with her by kind of dancing with her a bit I guess and then Duck keeps running into Hokuto everywhere and keep freaking out but then she decides to suck up her confidence and run up to her and talk to her maybe ask her out idk
but then she turns into Princess Tutu for some reason and I havent quite figured out why yet uhhhh
maybe instead when she keeps running into her she realizes that she or Subaru has one of Mythos heart shards ACTUALLY YEAH SUBARU THATD WORK and maybe subaru has like the humility or the insecurity shard and when she turns into Princess Tutu to get the shard from him Hokuto sees it and shes like I HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON BUT THATS REALLY COOL
and thats totally whats intentionally going on in this video despite how I just made all that up shhhhh

even if it seemed like it was mEANT TO BE like they had dreams about eachother before they met and shit but EVEN THEN nope it didnt work caleb got scared and chickened out and cornelia wasnt required to keep clinging on she saw he wasnt worth it and took things the way they were
AND I MEAN it sucks if you shipped them yeah but idk I just really appreciate the change of pace storytelling-wise. Instead of sticking to one couple fighting against all odds and dragging it out and having them always work out in the end, the writing takes a more realistic route. sometimes relationships work out, and sometimes they dont. people take chances and make mistakes and thats a part of life.
