Glad to be free of another one of these events. I've pretty much just kept only races where I had a positive score for this video.
As what frequently happens got hard stuck in early Platinum for a while. Tried a few different gadget builds and even tried playing as the monkey for more handling.
Then today I switched to using the Wisp Hoarder Kit + Accel Character Kit and this was what got me out of being stuck, so I would just suggest trying that build out if you are still trying to climb. I only came 1st place twice in total for the whole thing and they were both with this gadget build.
