Day 1 of the Legato Groups Of Four week. Today is C Ionian, at 55 BPM in
sixteenth notes. Press play and practice with me. The tempo stays at 55 the
whole session.

Rounds 1 and 2 are the ascending and descending groups of four pattern,
through ten positions of the major scale. Those two rounds complete the day.
Rounds 3 and 4 do the same with groups of three, and I highly suggest them if
you have the time and the inclination.

The only notes you attack are the string changes. Everything in between is
hammer-ons and pull-offs.

Never play faster than you can play 100% accurate and relaxed.

If you feel any tingling or pain, stop immediately.
