In 1993, Amanda Brown attended Stanford Law University. Not completely satisfied with her overall experience - she started to pen letters and notes to friends about it. The compilation of these notes, letters and ideas ended up forming the first version of 'Legally Blonde', which was unable to get published through conventional means. However, Hollywood agents picked it up and turned it into the 2001 Reese Witherspoon serving that most of us are familiar with.

In this video, I take a dive into the origin of Elle Woods, who isn't quite like her contemporaries in a case of Woods vs Woods. What did you think of the original Elle? Were you surprised to see how much she'd changed?
