After the update of 5/24/2024, the lowest frame rate you limit CS2 to is 64.

These configs will temporarily limit your FPS to 32 and auto-jump for you as long as there is any kind of mouse movement. All you gotta do is strafe properly while holding down the designated key for the script. This works flawlessly on flat ground and decently on uneven surfaces.
This is allowed, as it only uses in-game console commands, but USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
