How to reinvent leftovers into something new for lunch? Watch Melissa reinvent leftover grilled fish by thawing bagels and repackaging it as a bagel, cream cheese, trout and cucumber sandwich. Add in quick baked mini apples and leftover steamed veggies and fresh tomatoes and lunch is served! Alternately, with seaweed paper (nori) on hand, this trout was packed earlier in the week as steamed rice, trout, cucumber and tartar sauce sushi rolls.
