Social commentator, activist, journalist, professor, and longtime friend Dr. Marc Lamont Hill joins host Prof. Mark Anthony Neal for the Season Finale of Left of Black's thirteenth season. Dr. Hill chops it up with Dr. Neal on subjects ranging from Black masculinity to where Black Studies is happening outside of the university––all while recounting some of the highlights to his long career in media. Dr. Marc Lamont Hill is the host of UpFront on Al Jazeera, news anchor for The Grio TV, a BET News correspondent, and is Professor and the Steve Charles Chair in Media Cities and Solutions at Temple University. He is also the owner and operator of Uncle Bobbie's Coffee and Books in Philadelphia, PA.
