And yes you can play as infected in the demo, on a multiplayer server, but it doesn't make for as fun a video.
I recorded this on a whim, so I didn't know the recording levels were way too high, I'd do it over, but I don't care enough.
Here is how to play as infected in the demo, the z_spawn commands are what spawns the zombie bosses or witch.
