Game: Left 4 Dead is a Zombie shooter game, where you and three others survivors have to fight Zombies. This may sound simple but the zombies in this game are different then the normal ones you see in movies or other games. These Zombies run at the speed of a normal human and punch and kick instead of eating you'r flesh. There also special infecteds who have special powers.
Campaign: No Mercy is the first campaign in the game. It takes place two weeks after the first infection of the Green flu.
Chapter: The Hospital is the fourth level of No Mercy. The Survivors have reached the Hospital and are now trying to get to the roof. On their way they fight through alot of infected nurses, doctors and patients. They reach an elevator that brings them to the 28th floor. After that they find the saferoom.
Trivia/Beta Content:
-The Hospital was probably one of the least changed maps from beta to full version, next to The Apartments
-That the elevator stops at the 28th floor may be a reference to "28 Days Later" or "28 Weeks Later"
-There is an X-ray in a room that shows what appears to be a elongated neck, a possible reference to the Spitter who was added in Left 4 dead 2
-A game called Payday: the Heist has a mission called No Mercy where a group of people have to steal the blood samples. Despite being non-canon, the group that game accidently started the green flu
