This glitch/bug may only work on campaigns you're allowed to walk underwater (which may not be the case of the official valve campaigns).

So here's how it works, you take damage from being underwater, you get incapped of damage taken underwater, you get rescued, and when you go out of the water you magically recover without using a medkit!

Also works if you've been incapped once, you go deep in the water, get rescued and when you've got the black/white vision you go out of the water, and there you go, your HP goes up and you can be knocked twice again without having to use a medkit, isn't that amazing?
