I was once again joined by my friend, Bubs (Bubs Plays) as we played the two-player mutation Left 2 Die in one of my favorite L4D maps, Death Toll.
Left 2 Die has the same rules as Last Man on Earth -- only special infected including tanks and witches will spawn; but since there are two players, the spawns are doubled. Also in this mutation no first aid kits will spawn; only defibrillators, pills and adrenaline are available.
