You probably came across these cheap Chinese LED bulbs. I purchased one with 7W and wasn't happy with light it gave. Nevertheless I found a way to make it work from a phone line which is free energy source 24/7 even on a power outages. You can also run it on a 12V battery trough diy oscillator. Caution must be taken when doing this.
