I brought broken led bulb from my work. It is 10W, 175-250V, 2700K(warm white). I cracked open the dome and saw 12 smd led-s in series and one of them had a black spot on it. I immediately knew that this one burned out and has an open circuit. The next step was to short circuit it. There's no harm in doing it since it has a constant current source DC supply. Maybe the bulb is slightly warmer and that's it..
