That's right I am leaving the US and going back to the UK!

Well sort of, we have finally found a way to get back to enable Ant to continue our investment journey. We plan to invest in the UK.
We have settled on buying another BTL (rental property) in the UK. This will take advantage of the lower interest rates we have access to 3.4% and the lower home prices in certain parts of Kent.
We are looking at multiple options ranging from 1bed apartments to 3 bed terraced homes.
In this video we start the journey back to the UK from the USA by getting Ant's test at CVS.
You then get a quick tour of a local Las Vegas are where people go boating and swimming.
Then back to the house for a full update of the process we intend to go through in order to continue our investment journey.
This includes:
Returning to the UK
Identifying properties to view
Making an offer on a property
Getting the offer accepted
apply for the full mortgage application
Returning to the US to complete the conveyancing and legal process before another final trip back to the UK to put the home into a rentable standard.
At this point we are operating at risk as we do not have a mortgage guaranteed and we haven't found a property yet.. however NO RISK NO REWARD
