In this video we leave Algonquin Provincial Park in Ontario, Canada. We really enjoyed our route through Canada. The border crossing was quick and easy. We crossed at Sault Ste. Marie which brings you into the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It felt good to be back in the U.S. We head straight for Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. We really wanted to fit this into our route and I am so glad we did. Picture Rocks is amazing. Kelly did a 40 mile stretch of the North Country trail while I only did a 10 mile trip. We overnighted at Chapel Beach right on Lake Superior. I say goodbye to Kelly. I will miss her but we will be back together soon. Thanks for joining me on the adventure!
*My name is Brian. I started living full time in a self built camper van in 2014 in my hometown of San Diego, CA. I hit the road full-time in 2015 to pursue seasonal work and travel around the U.S. I find free camping on public land and enjoy photography, hiking, biking, and kayaking in nature. Join me on my adventures.
Thanks for watching!
