Leather samples are tested to ISO Standard 23910 using Mecmesin's MultiTest 2.5-i force testing stand. A special fixture as detailed in the ISO standard and a pneumatic grip are used to hold a sample of leather while it is tested to find the maximum tear resistance. Emperor software controls the test, captures the data and performs the required calculations.
