We are learning to trust the process in 2023! And moving with ease whilst doing so. I began this year feeling like I needed change in order to be happy and in order to grow more as a person but over the past few weeks I have been finding ways to enrich my life with meaning and break up the monotony of day to day life. Things feel new and exciting again. I feel refreshed and ready for this year and I am more hopeful than ever that good things are ahead - for all of us!
