The previous song was about a time when even my guitar had gone silent.
This song is about slowly learning how to say “Help me,” and believing that if I can finally say it, maybe I’ll be able to play guitar again.

It’s about still struggling, still being afraid, but moving forward little by little.

ずっと「助けて」と言えなかった自分が、少しずつその言葉を言えるようになってきた。

そんな気持ちを込めた曲です。
