It's warming up outside! Get ready for the heat and summer fun by drawing a cool sun!
Draw a circle on your paper with a pencil. Keep it light! Add a vertical and horizontal curved line to map out the face, which will be at a 3/4 view. Next draw the sun's flames. You can make them slightly rounded like a flower or make them spiky and sharp! Add shiny sunglasses and a big smile! Outline the flames, glasses, and smile with a sharpie. Erase and finesse the original circle until it is rounded to your liking and barely visible. Trace the faint circle with an orange marker or colored pencil. Next fill in the rest of your sun with a bright, cheerful yellow! Color the sunglasses. Blend a golden yellow marker/pencil alongside the outside of the orange circle into the bright yellow flames. You're Cool Sun is done! Groovy! :)
