Should you learn to read and write in Arabic? In the early stages of beginning to learn Arabic this is an important decision. My advice is yes - learn the alphabet and learn to read and write. Writing Arabic is enjoyable and rewarding and fun to do. Learning to read it vital in correctly learning the pronunciation of the letters and therefore the words and vocab in Arabic.
