I'm just in the process of building up my my chinese carbon gravel bike (video coming soon), and faced this issue.
The tyres are Schwalbe G-One AllRound tubeless tyres (700x40C), so should be a decent set of tyres from a decent brand. I've used their tubeless road tyres in the past with no issues, so this definitely took me by surprise.
They have been filled with 60ml of brand new sealant, pumped up to about 60spi, spun and shaken for a good 5 minutes, but still leaking like a sieve. I even left them overnight to let the sealant do its thing, and the issue is still there...
