I DC'd for about 30 seconds, my team dies while I'm disconnected, I come back, and my team mates because literally invisible until I left the game and reconnected. No mini-map icons, and no character models to be seen. Fog of war wouldn't even clear where they were on the map. Enemy team stayed visible. Luckily I was able to get a feel for where everyone was based on their abilities, and we were able to make it through one of the last team fights to end the game.
