This virtual symposium, recorded on April 23, 2026, brings together current Smithies and alum collaborators for a conversation about leadership, moral ambition, and the responsibility to use our talents toward meaningful causes.

Students in the Critical Perspectives on Collaborative Leadership course within the Wurtele Center for Collaborative Leadership co-facilitated this discussion inspired by Rutger Bregman’s work on moral ambition.
