The topic of leadership is confounding. There are so many theories and concepts and guidebooks and textbooks that contradict one another and create confusion. Stand tall and lead from the front? Or lean in or support from the sidelines?
Many have no idea what it means to be a leader. You can trust your gut that somehow you are doing the right thing. But when you're doing the wrong thing, that feedback is immediate.
