British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy were joined by leaders and representatives of European countries, Turkey, and Canada for a family photo during an emergency summit in London March 2.
Starmer announced Sunday that Britain, France and Ukraine have agreed to work on a ceasefire plan to present to the United States.
He told leaders that they need to step up and continue to support Kyiv and meet a “once in a generation moment” for the security of Europe.
