Carissa Bonham (Creative Green Living) and Tamara Rubin (Lead Safe Mama) tested vintage Pyrex mugs and tea cups for heavy metals using both an XRF (a precision scientific instrument that can test for the presence of heavy metals into single digit parts-per-million or PPM) as well as with reactive agent swabs.
