This is some 4.5-year-old-school grassroots synth brilliance. I suspect that the "LE" probably means "limited edition", because not many of these songs were ever released. The tracklist is further below. Billboard (/Matt), founder of Le Chau, seems to effortlessly program his synths, and orchestrates the frequent transitions to feel almost smooth. Mixing and mastering is 99/100. The way Billboard structures his releases (too often, never) makes me believe that he consistently undervalues his own genius.
