Jeffrey Butler Rock, who was a former leader in the LDS church, pleaded guilty and was sentenced on Feb 2 on felony SA charges in Provo Utah. Family members tried repeatedly to alert church officials that this man was a predator, and the Mormon Church failed to protect children by allowing him to continue to hold leadership positions, which allowed him to have direct one on one contact with children.
