Each year, just more than 100 high school football stars earn the honor of taking the field in an All-American Bowl jersey. On Jan. 4 in San Antonio, Alfred Collins, a defensive lineman from Cedar Creek High School, will be part of that elite group. The son of LCRA Water employee Bernard Collins, Alfred has narrowed his college choices to Alabama, Louisiana State, Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma.
