Played on the 8/04/2016 patch.
This is a Low% run, where the aim is to pick up as little items as possible (excluding HP kits). This means using the Monolith Room Early skip to skip picking up the map system, picking up no teleporters (no fast travel), picking up no gearbits and picking up no guns. A lot of time is added simply from having to backtrack from each area back to town instead of warping back, and bosses are harder to kill without the shotgun.
That spike bridge in the west is a lot harder than I thought itd be without the chain dash, lost almost an entire minute there. Also had a really weird bug in the Bullet Baker fight in the south, where falling off put me outside of his boss fight arena for some reason.")
