This project is a mixed media piece done in my handmade, tall skinny art journal. I used Distress paints, heavy body acrylic paint, alcohol, and a stencil and stamp to create the background. I layered circles of all kinds and shapes - one of my favorite shapes to use in my art. I created a collage of images tumbling down the page, which reminded me of my night-time thoughts just tumbling around my brain keeping me from sleep. Some of you know how that goes. I hope you enjoy watching this process.
