The Layer Up hackathon brought together 134 developers and 92 teams to explore new applications on Cardano. Guided by engineering teams from Bloxbean, Masumi, Mesh, and the Cardano Foundation, participants built solutions across AI, governance, health technology, environmental intelligence, and education.
