LAX’s Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility, currently under construction and opening in 2023, will become the largest rental car facility in the world once completed. Over 265,000 cubic yards of concrete will be poured, making it the second-largest concrete structure in the U.S behind only the Pentagon. To reduce the number of trucks on the roadways, the project is utilizing an on-site concrete batch plant to provide the necessary concrete.
