This week I wanted to make a less scary Halloween card. It turned out to be a super sweet card. You could easily turn this into a Birthday card. So once I finished the card and the tag, I decided to make another set with different colors. I think they both look cute! You could give this to a child for Halloween. You could attach the tag to a box or bag filled with Halloween candy.
