Test fight, not too much of a serious video, just felt like uploading.
If someone feels like editing this char then please, i have recommendations, just ask, kinda has many problems hence why i didn't take the video too long.
Doflamingo is like one of my favorite characters to be in mugen im surprised he took so long to be in JUS (dressrosa outfit), but will need additional editing.
This law has the best combos/fluid fighting,specials, despite being the one with least effects or specials i guess he is still better in someway, the other one doesn't have charge and has weird stuff/weak combos.
