Lavender Noise is a custom relaxing blend of Violet, Red, White, and Blue Noise Colors. Violet Noise and Blue Noise are primarily high frequency, while White Noise if full spectrum noise. Red Noise (aka Brown Noise) is low frequency focused. The combination has sweet high frequencies, some mid frequencies and good low frequencies to round out the sound.
Noise colors explained:
Noise colors are terms to define the frequency emphasis of electronically created static sounds. Originally a byproduct of early analog audio technology and reduced for better fidelity, these sounds have a variety of uses and sound similar to many naturally occurring sounds, such as creeks and ocean surf. This is one reason noise colors are popular for sleep, focus and masking or drowning out other nearby sounds when played at relatively low volume.
