I made a whole working game for this.
Ok being honest I made it a while ago and it was just in my pile of work in progress projects so I decided to do something with it.
The fun part is that the song was also made originally for this game. It still is probably. I just had both of these things in the bank of stuff I didn't know what to do with so I decided to make them into a song
It took significantly less time than an actual song would have taken (although I had already spent that amount of time many times over when originally making the game and song) to make this video as most of what I was doing was messing with textures and tiles and whatnot. Just the layout of things rather than the code. The only code I changed was one number and that was so I could walk faster when testing it initially.
What is this? I don't know. Someone might know. Not me.
Is this just a place to look around? Yes. I know that much.
If I am correct, it is just another vehicle for a story that doesn't yet exist.
Will it exist? I sure hope so. It will feel hollow and lifeless though. There will be only one moving thing and that thing will be you. Not even an active participant, though. Just a part of the audience.
This one will just be a world to explore. Maybe it will eventually have a story. I don't know.
Silence would drive that point even harder than it already was by nature. That will not be the case here. There will be music, there will be sound, there will be voices. It will be the only sign of life there is. Fitting for my current brand here. Hopefully that, too, changes. In time I'm sure it will.

Not a cool summer breeze, but one that actually chills you.
Breathe in the air, cold and fresh and crisp.
